You can book us for your next birthday party, baby shower, gender reveal, baptism, wedding and more. 


We currently accept Zelle. 


The safety and health of your munchkins is of utmost importance to us. We thoroughly clean and disinfect each piece of equipment before and after each rental.


  1. Ages 5 and under
  2. No shoes
  3. No pets/animals
  4. No sharp objects
  5. No food, drinks or sweets
  6. No glitter, face paint or slime
  7. No crayons, pens or markers
  8. Parents must supervise at all times
  9. Keep balls in ball pit
  10. No equipment should be removed from play area
  11. Have FUN!!

Outdoor set up is available as long as the weather permits. The outside surface must be flat, dry, clean and safe. We do not set up on dirt, sand, tan barks, wood chips, gravel, extremely dirty or uneven surfaces. The grass is acceptable as long as it is clean of animal/dog poop. Socks are required for all rentals.  


Provide a clear pathway to set up location needed. 


We can refuse to set up if surface is not as described above. 


Yes! We can set up indoors and outdoors. We recommend that you measure the space you plan on using. But don't worry! We can arrange our play area to fit your space. 


Please note that once we set up our play area we do not relocate or move the set up elsewhere. We also ask that you refrain from moving any equipment after it's been set up. 


Our play areas are designed for children 5 years and under. 


Parent supervision is required at ALL times. 


The $80 cleaning/damage fee is refundable after inspection of equipment. This fee ensures that no equipment is damaged, missing or returned in extremely dirty conditions. 


Please be advised that reservation deposit is non refundable but we understand that things happen. The client has two options:

  1. Cancel their contract and forfeit their deposit.
  2. If you need to reschedule your reservation please contact us as soon as possible but we ask no later than 72  hours before your date or you will forfeit your opportunity to reschedule. All changes must be fully made 72 hours prior to the event. 


Unfortunately, there is no outdoor set-up on rainy days or predicted rainy days. 


Please let us know of your alternative location ahead of time. During hot weather days, please ensure a shaded area to protect the equipment and children from the heat. Suppose no backup plans have been made for unsuitable weather conditions. In that case, your rental will be cancelled and the retainer will be credited for another day/event as long as there is availability. 


Any damages caused during an event must be paid by the client. The $80 cleaning/damage fee becomes non-refundable and the client must pay for any differences in the cost within 7 days.
