Deposits

At the time of booking Little Munchkins Soft Play requires a NON REFUNDABLE $50.00 deposit.
Please keep in mind that your date will not be secured until deposit has been made and Waiver has been signed.
The remaining balance + $80 cleaning/damage fee is due a day prior to event.
If booking less than 72 hours prior to the event date full amount of your package will be due at the time of booking.

Refundable Cleaning Fee

$80 refundable cleaning/damage deposit is required.
The cleaning/damage fee is refundable after inspection of equipment. This ensures that no equipment is damaged, missing, or returned in extremely dirty conditions.

Cancellations

Please be advised that $50 deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. We understand that things happen, in these cases the client has two options:
1. Cancel the contract and forfeit your deposit.
2. If you need to reschedule your reservation please contact us as soon as possible but we ask no later than 72 hours before your date or you will forfeit your opportunity to reschedule. All changes must be fully made 72 hours prior to the event.

Weather Conditions

Unfortunately, there is no outdoor set up on rainy days or predicted rainy days.
Please let us know of your alternative location ahead of time. During hot weather days, please ensure a shaded area to protect the play equipment and kids from the heat. Suppose no backup plans have been made for unsuitable weather conditions. In that case, your rental will be canceled and the retainer will be credited for another day/event as long as there is availability.

Outdoor Set-up

Outdoor set up is available as long as the weather permits. The outside surface must be flat, dry, clean and safe. We do not set up on dirt, sand, tan barks, wood chips, gravel, extremely dirty or uneven surfaces. The grass is acceptable as long as it is clean of animal/dog poop. Socks are required for all rentals.
Provide a clear pathway to set up location needed.
We can refuse to set up if surface is not as described above.
